We use your details to send the free Quality Toolkit, occasional practical quality engineering resources, order confirmations, secure download links and site owner notifications.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe-hosted Checkout. This website does not store card details.
Analytics
Optional analytics or advertising tracking is not currently enabled. If analytics or advertising tools are introduced, this policy and the cookie policy will be updated.

You can unsubscribe at any time. You can also ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal information.
Data storage
Signup, order and resource management details are stored in the website database and email provider systems used to deliver requested resources and order emails.
