Digital product delivery

Paid digital products are delivered by secure download link after Stripe payment confirmation. Orders are marked as paid only after the verified Stripe webhook confirms payment.

Download links

Download links may expire and may have a download limit to protect paid files. If you have paid for a product and cannot access your download, contact admin@thepracticalqualityengineer.co.uk.

Refund requests

Because digital files can be accessed immediately after payment confirmation, refund requests should be reviewed case by case. If there is a technical issue, duplicate purchase or incorrect file delivery, please contact us with your order email and product name.
